Things are moving along at our home on the renovation! I  need to share a few more renovation-related blog posts, as I’ve been posting most of it over on Instagram. Last week, the crew finished up the tile – and I’m obsessed with all three selections and how it turned out! They still have to install the kitchen and pantry backsplash, but that will happen after the cabinets and countertops are in. I recently made a cheese plate for Friendsgiving and was so pleased with how it turned out!  I  bought everything from Trader Joe’s — which is definitely my go-to for the best cheese plate supplies! I started with four kinds of cheese — brie, cranberry chèvre goat cheese, unexpected cheddar cheese, syrah-soaked Toscano cheese. Then I added two types of crackers (fig and olive crisps + gluten-free savory thin crackers) plus fig butter, salami, prosciutto, cotton candy grapes, blackberries, dried apricots, candied walnuts, and marcona rosemary almonds. Hi friends! Today I’m excited to share about a new(ish) update to the girls’ room – bunk beds! But first, let me back up. Ever since I found out I was pregnant, we knew we would have our kids room share. This is what Lucy’s room originally looked like for the first year-ish that we lived in Nashville.
