a few weeks ago, i shared some sneak peeks at our wedding invites designed by our lovely and talented friend renée. to be honest, i loved all four of the designs she created. initially, i had thought that i wanted gold-foiled invitations to match our gold-foiled save the dates {via minted}.
without prompt, renée put together another invitation suite option for us. this time, it had no gold, but instead beautiful, bohemian florals and greenery. our overall wedding look and feel is very bohemian, outdoors-y, layered and bright with blooming peonies and gold accents as the main decor pieces. this version of invites from renée felt SO that and we were obsessed! the main insert is similar to the gold versions i shared earlier, except with bright florals at the top and bottom. our reception card is the pop of navy blue {along with our envelopes} to not make everything so matchy-matchy. the smaller inserts are for the RSVP, lodging info and the wedding website. i love the floral wreath design with our names in it and we are going to find a way to incorporate that into the wedding in some way!
i was actually crying at one point because the invites were so much more beautiful and better than what i ever imagined.
