One question I’ve received several times on Instagram is my favorite bump-friendly Nuuly rentals! I’ve raved about Nuuly for years since I started using the monthly clothing rental subscription service, and know many of you also love it! While I’ve LOVED Nuuly during pregnancy AND ‘regular life’, I think it’s especially beneficial for pregnancy because it means you don’t have to buy as many maternity clothes. Since this time with a growing bump isn’t permanent, I love that I’ve been able to rent clothing that makes me look AND feel good. Because each rental period is for one month, I don’t have to worry about it fitting me the entire pregnancy, or if ‘getting my money’s worth’ out of the item, if that makes sense.
When searching for bump-friendly items on Nuuly, I typically go to the MATERNITY category first. They curate maternity-specific clothing, but also non-maternity clothing that’s stretchy and bump-friendly. For the most part, I’ve actually ordered NON-maternity items that will work with a growing bump (depending on how far along I was at that point). My most recent Nuuly box was mostly actual maternity dresses and jumpsuits now that I’m 8.5 months along.
There are a couple of items below that I’ve rented multiple times in pregnancy because they’ve worked and looked good earlier on in my pregnancy and also now at the very end!
