sf adventures: wine night!

hotel zetta

hi friends and happy almost weekend! one of my favorite things to do to after work or in the late afternoon on the weekend is enjoy a nice glass of wine. i’m lucky to live so close to wine country, but since i don’t make it up there during the week or every single weekend, i’ve found a few wine bar gems here in the city. bonus: a lot of them have really great food too!

if you living in sf or are visiting soon, i highly recommend visiting one of of these spots – or adding all of them to your to-do list. you can find more of my favorite spots in san francisco {plus a handy map to easily figure out where each place is} on pinterest here.

my favorite wine bars!

amelie: on polk street, super cute french spot. order the cheese plate and a bottle of malbec!

tank 18: in soma, this is a huge warehouse-turned-tasting-room. i’ve only been once and loved the vibe!

fat angel: in lower pacific heights/fillmore area, it’s my neighborhood spot! they have an awesome array of beers and wine on tap. food recos include cheese plate {of course}, a flatbread and huge salad.

hotel biron: in hayes valley, cute wine bar/art gallery. this place is kind of under the radar, but definitely worth hitting up!

fig and thistle: in hayes valley, one of my favorite before or after dinner spots! it’s a super small place but always a good time. also, one time i accidentally came here on their anniversary party and it was SO FUN.

hotel zetta: {also pictured above} downtown sf, it’s not a wine bar but that’s what i always get here! make sure to do a little exploring inside the hotel – it’s super cool!

jamber: in soma, a casual weekday spot! they have a little patio out front which is great too.
