Happy holidays, friends! Today I wanted to share our Christmas tree with you! For two years now, Lucy has called our front living room ‘the Christmas room’ all year long. It’s so sweet! Naturally, this HAD to be the room we put our tree in again. The first year we lived here, the tree was in the corner in front of the narrow window, to the left of the fireplace. The second two Christmases we put the tree in the corner where the built-ins are now. It looked so pretty there (although when that corner didn’t have a Christmas tree there, it sort of just looked empty and pointless). This year, since we have the built-ins, we decided to just put the tree FRONT AND CENTER. I love love love how you can see the tree from out of our big front window!
This room makes me so happy – what do you think? Do you prefer day or night Christmas tree views?
